Every issue favors Republican candidates in the 2022 and 2024 elections. It’s always darkest before the dawn and dawn is almost here for America. There are valid reasons not to be optimistic like the Democrat’s opposition being Republicans and radical leftists controlling every institution in our culture. Republicans are notorious for snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, but here are some reasons to be positive.
President Trump isn’t running in 2022 and we don’t know if he will or not in 2024. America may come to her senses of how well things worked under Trump until COVID compared to America under Biden, so opinion may change about him in a few years. Even though Biden won over 81 million votes in 2020, Trump still got more votes than any sitting president with over 74 million. The numbers could still favor Republicans in future elections.
The population of the United States is over 332 million. There were about 155 million votes cast between Trump and Biden in 2020. There are about 73 million people living in the country under the age of 18 and can’t vote. That leaves about 104 million people who didn’t vote who were eligible. My theory is anyone who had strong thoughts about Trump or Biden got out and voted. The rest didn’t care or think it mattered.
